Dan Casler

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Casler is President and Chief Executive Officer of Casler Enterprises Inc. (CVI), a private company founded in 2004. CVI operates with the focused vision to design and develop truly great products. CVI is in the process of developing a portfolio of innovative products, solutions, and evolving technologies.

In 2000, Casler directed the inception and cofounding of Virus.com, an information portal dedicated to computer virus threat advisories. At its peak, Virus.com received one hundred thousand visitors daily and was eventually rolled into a European entity.

Casler was subsequently recruited in 2003 by ESET LLC.—the makers of the NOD32 anti-virus system and industry leaders in anti-virus technology. Casler initially served as Vice President (Canada) and was responsible for ESET’s sales and channel operations nationally and then transferred to San Diego as chief engineer of a software licensing and distribution system (partner centre) for ESET’s resellers in North America. His experience at ESET offered him an opportunity to participate in many aspects of corporate operations as he worked with business professionals and Fortune 1000 leaders from over 70 countries.

In 2006, Casler returned to Vancouver Island which led to the identification of a significant opportunity to improve the front-end workflow process at collision centres and sparked a venture in the automotive sector that grew across British Columbia and eventually throughout North America.

Casler had identified a digital photo capture and data management need and introduced a solution branded as ClaimTools which was aimed at saving time and money while generating all-new revenue streams. White & Peters, a Canada Toseki Group company established a distribution relationship with ClaimTools in 2007. The Canada Toseki Group also owned Carlsons and CHASE, the BASF distributors, in Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan which provided direct leverage into those markets.

During this period of growth, Casler was able to secure one of the largest loans ever issued by the Business Development Bank of Canada (British Columbia) based on the innovative nature of ClaimTools processes.

ClaimTools built sales across Canada and the Western United States, leading to strategic relationships with PPG North America and their Certified First program as well as CarStar Canada as a preferred Vendor. The ClaimTools product has been heralded as one of the automotive collision industries greatest innovations by many of the most reputable collision centres in North America. ClaimTools is still being used to this day in hundreds of top automotive collision repair centres across Canada and Western United States.

In January 2009, the Company entered into acquisition negotiations. Casler headed up all aspects of the negotiations alongside Stikeman Elliot, one of Canada’s top merger and acquisition law firm. In September 2009, ClaimTools was acquired by Mitchell International.

Upon completion of the transition, Casler invested in the pursuit of personal goals and projects. In 2012, Casler Enterprises Inc. commenced the launch of several new and exciting ventures with a particular focus on Cloud-based workflow automation and related interests.

Warren Moxely

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Moxley is a highly motivated information technology professional and consultant with extensive and progressively complex experience in project management, network administration, and the implementation of hardware and software solutions. His in-depth technical expertise is complemented by his leadership skills and his ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels within the organization.

He brings extensive multi-platform, language, and operating system design and implementation expertise. Moxley is proficient in all major reporting and network software solutions plus extensive familiarity with the installation, maintaining, and repairing of all manner of hardware systems. He holds a number of professional certifications and has effectively managed multiple clients across numerous locations; identified, prioritized and assigned resources; as well as analysed, audited and monitored operations to enhance productivity and ensure minimal IT infrastructure downtime.

His work has enabled him to travel extensively across North America to provide on-site support and training during new client installations. He has been instrumental in assisting IT departments with configuring their environments and support systems during implementations.

Moxley has an innate ability to understand advanced concepts and techniques; to logically plan, design and program web applications and databases that generate positive results; and to integrate and perform within a framework of existing teams.

Ian Murray

Director of Marketing

For over 35 years, Mr. Murray’s career has included the development of numerous international business ventures focusing on communications, marketing, sales, and operations. As CEO and founder of several advertising, public relations, and communications firms; he successfully created market positioning, messaging, and communications strategies for numerous privately held and publicly traded companies in the resource, industrial, new media, alternative energy, commercial real estate, tourism, financial, medical, and defense sectors both in North America and abroad.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions with firms servicing corporations in the telecommunications, national broadcast, and entertainment fields. He has been closely involved as a consultant on a number of projects for multiple levels of government; including foreign affairs, ministries of state, and major political parties. Mr. Murray brings extensive operational experience and accomplished executive management skills alongside.
